Owns architecture and product vision for MSD's flagship governance platform, merging a self-service Data Marketplace, policy-based access control (Immuta), and Collibra metadata management. Invented "User Data Passports" and "stamps" to drive ABAC/PBAC adoption across Clinical, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, Marketing and IT — and trained 300+ people along the way.
2016 – 2021: Data Science Manager & Chief of Staff — MSD Singapore Global Innovation Center
Grew the regional Central Data & Analytics team from integration and reporting into a global Data Science center of excellence; hosted MSD's ~400-person Big Data Science Conference; rotated as Chief of Staff, engaging Singapore EDB on hiring and capability-building.
1996 – 2015: APAC IT & Analytics Leadership — MSD, Hong Kong & Singapore
Nineteen-year climb from helpdesk and solutions delivery into regional analytics leadership: a Hong Kong sales-resource analysis that surfaced $2.4M in growth opportunity, a Veeva CRM rollout for 2,800+ Japan field-force users, and an interim SAP ERP deployment spanning 12 APAC subsidiaries.
1990 – 1996: Software Architect / Pre-Sales Engineer — Unisys France
Built CASE tool interfaces for LINC 4GL, including a posting to Unisys' Malvern, PA center, then moved into pre-sales architecture — turning a one-week engagement at Crédit Agricole SA into a ten-month transformation project.
